If you disagree with your credential evaluation
You may lodge an objection if you disagree with the result of the credential evaluation of your foreign diploma/educational achievement and/or with the way your application was handled.
What to do
Please write down briefly why you disagree with the way your application was handled or with the result of the evaluation. Do not forget to mention your name, address, postal code and residence and your file number. Your letter should be in Dutch or English. Letters in other languages shall not be dealt with.
You will receive a written answer within 8 weeks (40 working days) after Geldergroep has received your appeal.
Restrictions
You may only appeal against credential evaluations issued by Geldergroep together with Dus Versloot Advies Onderwijs&Arbeid (beginning january 2003).
If your appeal concerns an evaluation or handling that was issued/happened longer than 6 months ago, it shall no be dealt with.
If the interest of the disagreeing person or the importance of the handling one disagrees with is apparently insufficient, there is no need for Geldergroep to take it into account.
If this is the case you shall be informed in writing as soon as possible, but no longer than 4 weeks (20 working days) after Geldergroep has received your appeal.
You can derive no formal rights from this regulation.
